ESDO is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial transactions.

Refund requests may be accepted for valid reasons such as duplicate payment, incorrect payment, or service-related issues, subject to review and approval by ESDO.

After approving the refund request, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The refunded amount will be returned through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Refunds will not be applicable for completed services or in cases of violation of ESDO’s terms and conditions.

ESDO reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
