8. Refund Policy

General Donations

• A donor may request a refund within ten (10) days of the donation date.

• Proper documentation or proof of donation must be provided.

• If the donation has already been allocated to and implemented in a specific project, a refund cannot be issued.

Project-Specific Donations

• Refund requests must be made within ten (10) days of donation.

• If the project has already been implemented or funds utilized, refunds will not be granted.

Qurbani Donations

• Refund requests may be made up to seven (7) days prior to the Qurbani event.

• No refunds will be granted within six (6) days of the Qurbani program.

All refund decisions are subject to verification and approval by ESDO management.

9. Applicable Law

By using this website, you agree that the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles, shall govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising between you and Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO).

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ESDO reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
