ESDO House in Dhaka serves as the organization’s principal national hub. Strategically located in the capital, it anchors ESDO’s engagement with government ministries, development partners, UN agencies, donor consortia, and national networks.
The facility hosts high-level consultations, consortium meetings, and multi-stakeholder dialogues while also functioning as a professional training venue for compliance, safeguarding, MEAL, finance, procurement, and human resource development. Operational Backbone for Divisional Program Delivery
Located at Kamal Kachna Road, Rangpur Sadar, ESDO M-36 Bhaban functions as a complementary operational facility to Silver Jubilee Bhaban, focusing on program logistics, staff coordination, and training support.
M-36 Bhaban supports day-to-day administrative operations, staff training sessions, review meetings, and selected logistics and storage needs. The facility is equipped with air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned guest rooms, a hygienic kitchen and dining facilities. Two meeting rooms, office spaces, flexible workstations, and high-speed Wi-Fi enable efficient coordination and capacity-building activities. In addition to its operational role, M-36 Bhaban offers scope for sports, cultural programs, exhibitions, and community events, contributing to staff well-being and community engagement.

ETRC Gazipur, located at South Bhadarthy, Tumulia Union in Kaliganj, Gazipur, is a sub-regional training and resource facility dedicated to strengthening frontline capacity through continuous, practice-oriented learning. The center is designed to support field teams by bringing relevant training and coordination activities closer to communities and implementation sites.
ETRC Kaliganj primarily focuses on practical training, coaching, and refresher support for frontline staff, alongside project coordination meetings and community engagement and awareness sessions. Its learning approach emphasizes real-world application, helping staff and local actors improve service quality and responsiveness at the grassroots level. ETRC Jamalpur facilitates localized staff training, refresher courses, and compliance-oriented learning, alongside community coordination meetings, project reviews, and safeguarding orientations. By hosting these functions near implementation areas, the center enhances efficiency, contextual learning, and timely decision-making.
