ETRC – Kaliganj, located at South Bhadarthy, Tumulia Union in Kaliganj, Gazipur, is a sub-regional training and resource facility dedicated to strengthening frontline capacity through continuous, practice-oriented learning. The center is designed to support field teams by bringing relevant training and coordination activities closer to communities and implementation sites.
ETRC Kaliganj primarily focuses on practical training, coaching, and refresher support for frontline staff, alongside project coordination meetings and community engagement and awareness sessions. Its learning approach emphasizes real-world application, helping staff and local actors improve service quality and responsiveness at the grassroots level.
