Today, 17 May 2026, distinguished high officials from the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) visited the DRC-ESDO Economic Recovery Project’s Green Patabari Centre (Plastic Shredding Recycling Centre) in Ukhia, Cox’s Bazar.

During the visit, the delegation observed the ongoing plastic waste recycling initiatives and learned about the project’s contribution towards environmental sustainability, economic recovery, livelihood development, and community resilience among the Rohingya and host communities.
